Loteria Chips Cards
Lotería is a traditional Mexican game of chance similar to bingo. Each player holds a tabla, which is a board with a 4 × 4 grid of pictures randomly chosen from the 54 pictures in the deck of cards. To start the game, the cantor (caller) shuffles the deck. One by one, the cantor picks a card from the deck and announces it to the players by its name. Each player locates the matching picture on their board and marks it off with a chip or other kind of marker.
If the image on your tabla matches the card drawn, mark it with a chip. The first player to get four chips in a row and shout “LOTERIA” wins!
